Apple Gets iPad Trademark From Fujitsu

Apple has made a deal with Fujitsu, the rights to its IPAD tablet device, which will start on Saturday but do not retain any details of financial arrangements between the two names.

The company, based in Tokyo has the naming rights to the IPAD, which in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to Apple in a business that has that put an end to had kept the speculation over a name dispute between the two companies transferred.

If Apple had announced the IPAD sometime back, Fujitsu was quick to point out that there is already designated a device similar to the market since 2002.

However, the similarity does not end, the products were many other things in common as well as touch screens, Wi-Fi compatibility and a few other basic functions.

At that time, industry experts predict that the two companies were in a legal dispute that the release of the “magic” IPAD device, which is praised as the most important product in Apple’s history may delay position.
