HP have introduced a new version on the Mini 110 and Mini 210–the Mini 1104, onto the market place. The mini laptop has been developed with business and education users in mind. It is little bit more expensive than similar products. However, it does come with a whole host of premium features like the Trusted Platform Module 1.2 embedded security chip.
HP’s Mini 1104 has a 10.1 inch diagonal LED backlit WSVGA widescreen display with a 1024 x 600 of pixel resolution, which is equiped with an integrated VGA web camera. The computer will be powered by the latest Intel Atom N2600 1.60 GHz, 1 MB L2 cache, 800 MHz FSB processor supporting the Intel NM10 Express as well as Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3600. It has the capacity for up to 2 GB 1333 MHz of DDR3 SDRAM, and up to 320 GB SATA hard disk drive storage.
The new gadget is currently priced at $399. However, it is just a starting price and the price would soon rise once the buyer has been enticed by the full menu of upgrades and options.
